Pam joined Maloney + Novotny in 1998 as a supervisor and was quickly promoted to manager. In 2006, Pam accepted a position as Director of Internal Audit at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and rejoined Maloney + Novotny in 2008 as a director of the firm’s Not-for-Profit Group. Pam has concentrated her efforts working with higher educational institutions and not-for-profit clients.
Pam’s previous experience also includes working for ten years with a National firm where she gained extensive industry experience in the accounting and auditing areas.
Pam graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1989 with a bachelor of science in business administration degree and became a certified public accountant in 1991. Pam is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pam serves as a member on the boards of Transitional Housing, Inc. and is the current treasurer of the Cleveland APL.
Jon joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 2000. Jon specializes in servicing education, commercial and industrial, healthcare and not-for-profit clients. He has significant experience working with private schools, nursing homes, dialysis centers and manufactures. Jon has expertise in providing tax, attest services and business advisory services for clients. Additionally, Jon specializes in consulting engagements focused on aligning the goals and needs of closely held corporations and not-for-profit organizations with those of owners, management and/or board members.
Jon is a 1999 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting and finance. He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jon has served as a board member on various not-for-profit agencies over the past six years. He is a Board member of the Lake County Development Council where he serves as the treasurer.
