Mike Dickey has more than 37 years of experience in helping small businesses, individuals , not-for- profits and governmental entities with their tax, accounting, auditing and consulting needs. Mike has the ability to simplify tax or financial situations into understandable terms. Additionally, with his audit background, he often shares the need for strong controls and processes in the accounting area.

Mike combines solid accounting, tax and financial planning skills with a practical approach to solving problems. Mike’s clients are a cross section of Central Ohio with virtually every type of business and individual represented. Industries include retail, professional services, agribusiness, construction, medical and dental, food service and not-for-profit. He thoroughly enjoys the personal contact with his clients and the opportunities to discuss all aspects of their business or organization.

Mike is a 1979 graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude. He worked for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co, (now KPMG) a large Big Four international public accounting firm, before moving to Delaware in 1987 and joining Wolf, Rogers, Dickey & Co (now Maloney + Novotny).

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and held leadership positions in most. Those organizations include the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce (President & Treasurer), Delaware County District Library (President), Delaware Rotary Club and Foundation (President and Assistant District Governor), Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (Treasurer) Olentangy Athletic Boosters (President) and Del-Co Water Company, Inc.
