The M+N Young Professionals committee was established to develop, connect and retain young professionals through opportunities and resources which enhance their professional development, network and career within the firm. The committee is comprised of four appointed young leaders, while the group includes approximately thirty members with firm experience levels from 10 years and below. The leaders coordinate various seminars to inspire, support and educate young professionals, as well as opportunities to connect with colleagues, other young professional groups and community service organizations. These activities encourage retention by establishing loyalty and creating opportunities with rewards.
