Maloney + Novotny LLC Receives NorthCoast 99 Award
Local CPA Firm Named one of Northeast Ohio’s Best Places to Work
CLEVELAND, September 2, 2009 – Maloney + Novotny has been selected as a winner of NorthCoast 99 – One of the 99 Great Workplaces for Top Talent in Northeast Ohio. NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The program was developed and is presented by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and services. The NorthCoast 99 program measures candidates in seven key areas within a workplace: flexibility, opportunity, recognition, development, security, support and talent integrity. The NorthCoast 99 Award celebrates businesses that excel in attracting, retaining and motivating top employees through programs and benefits that exceed industry average.
A number of Maloney + Novotny staff completed the anonymous survey. Matthew J.
