Maloney + Novotny Elects Two Shareholders
CLEVELAND, OH [January 30, 2009] – Maloney + Novotny LLC, a locally owned and managed accounting firm with three offices in Ohio, has announced the election of two new shareholders – Christopher Felice and Christopher Anderson. Mr. Anderson and Mr. Felice are located in the firm's Cleveland office.

Maloney, Maloney + Novotny's managing shareholder. "Their election as shareholders is a distinction that they have worked very hard for and certainly earned."
Christopher Anderson, CPA joined Maloney + Novotny in 1994 after three years at a "Big Four" practice. Mr. Anderson has worked as tax director in the firm's Tax Services Group and has a wide range of experience with both tax-exempt and taxable entities. Mr. Anderson works with closely-held companies and consults with high net-worth individuals. He also regularly represents clients during audits conducted by the IRS and other taxing authorities. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993. As a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, Mr. Anderson is former chair of the Newsletter Committee. He has been a frequent speaker on tax-exempt and retirement plan topics for the Ohio Society of CPAs, the United Way, the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations and for firm-sponsored seminars.
Christopher Felice, CPA joined Maloney + Novotny in 1996. He has served as Senior Manager on the firm's audit staff and has more than twelve years of experience servicing primarily the firm's Commercial and Industrial Group clients including benefit plans. Mr. Felice has extensive experience with a wide spectrum of accounting services including audits, reviews, compilations, financial projections in addition to corporate and individual taxation. Mr. Felice has also served as the chairperson of the Commercial & Industrial Group for three years. A 1996 graduate of John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, Mr. Felice became a certified public accountant in 2001. Mr. Felice is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
