Join Chris Felice, Shareholder from Maloney + Novotny and Mike Valenti, VP of Global Pricing & Economics for Key Equipment Financing for an informative session on the changes in the accounting for leases and the impact on financial statements.

Accounting for leases, which always has been a complex area, is undergoing a significant change with the release of the new standard by FASB. The new standard will result in substantial changes in the presentation as lessees will begin to recognize the assets and liabilities for operating leases on the balance sheet. Management will be faced with new accounting and disclosure requirements including new considerations when making business decisions related to leasing transactions overall.
