Directions to Our Cleveland Headquarters:
Maloney + Novotny is headquartered on the 7th floor of the Eaton Center in Downtown Cleveland’s Financial District near East Ninth Street and Superior Avenue. The offices are within walking distance of many major downtown attractions including St. John's Cathedral, Browns Stadium, Progressive Field and the historic Gateway District, a revitalized area of Downtown Cleveland where many different restaurants are located adjacent to Progressive Field.
FROM THE EAST:
Take Route 2 East, Exit E. 9th St. south. Turn Left on Superior Avenue. Arrive at Eaton Center at 1111 Superior on left.
FROM THE EAST:
Take I-90 West toward Cleveland. Take Exit 174B “Downtown Cleveland.” After 1 mile take exit for East 9th Street. At end of ramp, take a left at the stop sign onto East 9th. Turn Left on Superior Avenue. Arrive at Eaton Center at 1111 Superior Ave. on the left.
FROM THE SOUTH:
I-71 N/Cleveland. Merge on I-90 East (Innerbelt). Take the E 9TH ST/I-77 SOUTH exit, exit #172A. Turn right towards E 9TH ST/DOWNTOWN. Bear right on E 9TH St. Turn right on Superior Ave. E. Arrive at Eaton Center at 1111 Superior Ave. on the left.
FROM THE WEST:
I-90 East toward Cleveland. Take the E 9TH ST/I-77 SOUTH exit, exit #172A. Turn right towards E 9TH ST/DOWNTOWN. Bear right on E 9TH ST. Turn right on Superior Ave. E. Arrive at Eaton Center at 1111 Superior Ave. on the left. OR I-480 East toward Cleveland. Exit 11 toward I-71 N/Cleveland. Merge on I-90 East (Innerbelt). Take the E 9TH ST/I-77 SOUTH exit, exit #172A. Turn right towards E 9TH ST/DOWNTOWN. Bear right on E 9TH ST. Turn right on Superior Ave. E. Arrive at Eaton Center at 1111 Superior Ave. on the left.
