Paul E. Valencic CPA

Paul Valencic joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 2000. In his ten years with the firm, Paul has served clients in a variety of industries including commercial and industrial services, wholesale and distribution, professional services, real estate and construction.

Paul Valencic has over 10 years of experience in all phases of assisting clients in accounting and income tax engagements. He specializes in the areas of corporate and personal tax planning and compliance. This includes the preparation of personal financial statements, tax returns, and research involving income, estate, and gift tax issues.

Paul has developed a strong background in several specialized areas including:

• Corporate and individual tax planning and research
• Corporate consolidations and business combinations
• Tax credits and planning at the Federal, State, County and local level
• Multi-state tax research and planning
• Representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service,
• State and local taxing agencies

Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Cleveland State University. Paul became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998.

Paul is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
