Neil Sidorak CPA

Neil joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 1996 and is senior manager in the Cleveland office. Neil has concentrated his efforts in the manufacturing and real estate industry over the last decade serving as an integral part of the firm’s Commercial and Industrial Group.

In addition to having significant experience in commercial and industrial accounting and auditing, Neil offers expertise in employee benefit plan audits, general accounting, corporate and individual tax preparation and planning, and advises on mergers and acquisitions. Neil’s tax and financial acumen has guided clients to achieve the maximum goals they have set for themselves.

Neil received his Bachelors in Business degree from Kent State University and became a CPA in 1998. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
