Joan M. Morgan CPA

Joan joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 1985, and is a Principal in the Tax Practice. Specifically, Joan works with the International Services Group for tax planning, structuring of transactions and assisting clients in minimizing worldwide tax rates. In addition, Joan has extensive experience in corporate and partnership tax planning including mergers and acquisitions and succession planning. Joan also works with many high net worth individuals with sophisticated tax planning issues.

Her client roster spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, and professional services.

Joan is an active member of Nexia International, a global association of independent accountancy, tax, and business advisors and the 10th largest provider of audit and advisory services worldwide. Through her membership Joan has developed key relationships with tax professionals throughout the world.

Joan is a graduate from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Joan is listed in Who’s Who in Executive Professionals and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
