Dario Savron CPA, JD

Dario joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 2008 and was recently elected shareholder in 2011. Dario has more than 13 years of experience working on attest and advisory engagements. Dario interned at Maloney + Novotny in 1997 and rejoined the firm after spending 10 years at a Big 4 firm where he served private and public companies and several private equity firms. Dario’s far-reaching range of expertise includes performing financial due diligence, as well as, assisting clients with business combinations, SEC filings and related compliance.

Dario provides a full range of accounting services to a variety of clients in many industries, including manufacturers and distributors. In addition, Dario works on employee benefit plan audits. Dario’s impressive background of audit and business
knowledge and experience enable him to bring leading-edge strategies to his clients.

Dario is a graduate of John Carroll University and received his MBA in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and also received his JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with a focus in Corporate Law.

Dario is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dario also serves on the Board and Finance Committee of Care Alliance Health Center.
