Charles Paulson CPA
Charles joined Maloney + Novotny LLC in 1982 and services a variety of clients in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and service industries. Charles has a hands-on approach with his clients enabling him to provide comprehensive and timely advice that meets their ongoing needs.
Charles is actively involved with audit and consulting issues for closely held companies including inventory systems, costing methods, international consolidations, foreign currency transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence. He also has a thorough background in corporate, partnership and individual income taxes.
As a graduate of Kent State University in 1982, Charles is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as treasurer and finance committee chair for Neighborhood Family Practice (an FQHC for under and uninsured patients). Charles has been an active member of the Kent State Accounting and Advisory Council for over ten years assisting the University in accreditation procedures and accounting curriculum.
